The Fell Bullet EGO from Limbus Company! All rights to the design are owned by Project Moon, Limbus Company Attached in the ZIP are pictures to animate the flames using either Liltoon or Poiyomi, other shaders are capable of this you just need to scroll the alpha's UV MAP on the Y Axis. Another attachment is showing a rotational constraint on a cloak bone which is how you make the cloak move with your arms. The right cloak bone should constrain to the right upper arm and the left cloak bone to the left upper arm. The picture shows how much weight you should have active as well. I also recommend animating the flame bones a bit so its more alive as well as adding a small particle effect just for more aliveness. This clothing was made on the Yuki-Chan base but can be made compatible with any base with enough blender editing.
